Projection: 1st Round
Summary:
Locker has a high upside, but his accuracy and other parts of his game needed improvement over the course of 2010. That hasn’t happened. At the end of the season, we’ll have a very good idea of where Locker is as a prospect. He doesn’t have a good supporting cast at Washington and he needed to show that he could make those around him better, but that hasn’t happened this year either. He’s had quite a few bad games this year, but he still has too much upside for anybody to drop him out of first round consideration.
