Here are my updated Minor League Rankings by team. I’ve formulated the rankings, looking at everything from individual performance, team performance, organization performance, Baseball America Top 20s by League, and other factors.

I started with the my pre-season ranking; they’ve changed a lot since then, but it gives you the idea of how the organizations have changed. I’ve ranked the organizations win percentage (minors only), how many championship teams in the organization, and the number of prospects who were on the BA Top 20s. I’ve also included players that graduated to the majors from my pre-season prospect rankings.
