Here is my third mock draft, which has been built and ripped apart 2-3 times already. There is a lot of variables on this, as this is the first draft with a cap for rounds 1-10. If a team spends outside of the cap, they can be taxed and possibly lose future draft picks.

Last time I gave you the first 60 picks (the first round and supplemental round). I’ve expanded to the second round this time – 96 total picks.
As I said last time, this mock is based off my assumptions, team draft history, scouting reports, and other mock drafts. I’ve revised this about 30 times since 1.0 was released; I’ll probably revise it twice as many times before the draft happens.

The 2012 MLB Draft is in June as usual; what is different it some of the rules. Teams now have a “bonus pool” that they are limited to; if they sign players and exceed the pool, they risk losing future draft picks.
